BE or DME with experience in a production shop of an auto ancillary consisting of CNC turning, VMC and broaching machines. Must have an aggressive approach to the enhancement of life of cutting tools like carbide inserts, drills and cutters. Must carry a track record of optimum usage of such tools, thereby reduce consumption and in turn cut cost per part.
