Raw Material
Good quality raw material is an essential step towards superior quality forgings. Hence steel is procured from some of the finest steel mills in the country and even abroad. All our steel suppliers are ISO 9000 certified and approved by Lloyds. Our raw material undergoes rigorous testing in our well equipped laboratory. Thorough checks with regard to chemistry, physical properties and surface defects are carried out. We have installed Lloyds approved tensile testing and impact testing facilities. The approved steel is then color coded in the steel yard and identified for further process in the forge shop.
